Due to the the fact that each item is custom made for each order, all sales are final. Please make sure all details in your order is correct before placing.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
